There is a delivery charge of £2 per order.
We are currently only shipping to UK addresses but will shortly be trialling global shipping, and for security reasons we can only send items to the billing address of the card used for payment of your order. If you have paid via Paypal, the order will be sent to the address registered to your Paypal account.
Items sent by BASEO usually take 3-5 working days from the point of dispatch. We will update you via email when your order has been dispatched; please note that if required your order may be dispatched in more than one package.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery as we can only consider items as lost in transit after this time. Please understand that Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day for either the dispatch or delivery of orders.
BASEO use Royal Mail 1st class for all items under £35. Any items over £35 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery that will require a signature upon delivery. Items over £120 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which also requires a signature upon delivery.
Please note: BASEO may on occasion use Interlink or another courier depending on the weight and size of your items.
No. For security reasons we are only able to make delivery to the cardholder’s address. Please also note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Why have I been charged although I have not yet received my order? Most banks allocate funds at the time of placing an order. In the event that your goods cannot be sourced, we will not charge you for these items and the allocation will be returned to your account within 1-5 working days.
If the items have been sourced, your account will be charged by BASEO and this amount will appear on your statement.
Having recently placed your order you can follow the delivery guidelines above to give you an idea of when you can expect delivery of your goods. If you have not received your order within 28 days of the conformation of dispatch email (sent to the email address registered to your account when you place the order), please contact us via email and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation.
It is best practice to contact your local sorting office to see if they have already attempted delivery and have not been unable to arrange collection or re-delivery. Orders shipped via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery to increase security and cannot be released by the driver without this.
